LADYFEST 2002
bcapper by Beth Capper January 6th, 2002
LADYFEST LONDON 2002 NEEDS YOUR ZINES!!

Ladyfest are looking for zines to sell/distribute at benefit gigs between now and August and at the actual Ladyfest in August 2002. Apologies to those of you who already know but Ladyfest is a festival designed and organised by women, which aims to showcase the artistic and political talents of women in independent culture. The festival will be held between August 1st and 4th 2002 and will include evening shows at the Garage in Highbury, plus daytime workshops and discussions, film screenings, art exhibitions, performance art, spoken word and after hour DJ's.

In the run up to Ladyfest, a series of benefit gigs are being held to raise money for the festival. The first of these is a spoken word event on the 15th Jan at the Oak bar and an Electrelane gig at the Garage on 31st Jan. At each gig there will be a merchandise and zine stall, so send in your zines!!

Send them to:
