Mudhoney are to return with their eight full-length album, 'Since We've Become Translucent' on August 19th through Sub Pop.
It is, alas, the first Mudhoney record to be performed without Matt Lukin on bass as he has now retired from the forefront of the scene. Former Bloodloss and Lubricated Goat bassist, Guy Maddison, takes his place. The 10 tracks of '...Translucent' were recorded in 3-song bursts using 3 different producers with the 10th track, 'Inside Job', featuring Wayne Kramer of MC5 fame! Expect a tour...soon.
