Chicago post-rock experimentalists Tortoise have a new album out next month, and to celebrate this fact they are releasing a free download of 'Prepare Your Coffin'. Rejoice!

The track is taken from their forthcoming - although they haven't exactly been very forthcoming in making it, it's been five years... - and sixth studio album Beacons Of Ancestorship, released on Thrill Jockey on June 22.

All indications so far show it has been worth the wait. You can get the download by doing the usual thing and clicking here and letting the goodness download it's way onto your laptop/desktop/Mac.
