Watch: Beastie Boys 'Make Some Noise' (but only if you're American?!)
sean by Sean Adams April 21st, 2011

DiS woke up, excited to receive an email about the new Beastie Boys video but, if you're in the UK, look what happens when you hit play...

I Want My MTV? MTV I do not want, more like. Oh well. This is what the track sounds like:

And this is the forthcoming album cover, if you've not seen it:

And here's a video that does work, that's quite interesting:

Beastie Boys talk Paul's Boutique 20 Year Anniversary Reissue from Topspin on Vimeo.

And also, should you live in that London or the general vicinity then you might want to get yourself along to this Beastie Boys charity night - for Cancer Research UK - run by DiS old boys Mike Diver and Colin Roberts. Time to get ill? I THINK SO. It's on Wednesday, April 27.

DiScuss: Doesn't this seem a bit backward for a band as forward-thinking as Beastie Boys? Does anyone know a clever way to cheat MTV's website and pretend you're from the US? Any American DiS readers want to describe what happens?
