First acts announced for Leeds's Constellations Festival
JoeDiddly by Luke Slater May 16th, 2011

Leeds's Constellations Festival ran for the first ever time last year and we were delighted to be involved with the festival, and we're equally delighted to see that the festivities will continue into 2011 and hopefully beyond, too, with the announcement of the first lot of bands for this year. And it's a good bunch, too.

The first three acts are The Antlers, whose track-by-track guide to their new record, Burst Apart, can be read here, Wild Beasts, whose new album Smother, can be read about here and also Yuck.

The festival takes place at Leeds University on Saturday November 12. Early-bird tickets are on sale at Crash, Jumbo and on SeeTickets and a priced at a very reasonable £20. More information can be found on the official website. Of course, there will be many more acts revealed in due course, so stay tuned, as they say.
