Jetplane Landing: Els Quatre Gats
_kp_ by Kate Price September 22nd, 2002
Jetplane Landing - new single and current tour dates.

So far this year they've already played on tour with the likes of Hundred Reasons and Seafood, made appearences at the Leeds and Reading festival and, of course, headlined one of our very own DiS-sponsored, Adie-organised Brixton Windmill gigs. Now an already good year is about to get even better as they prepare for the release of a new EP and kick off on tour, playing with some of the best new bands around.

The October tour dates (below) see the band play with fellow DiS favourites, including Stapleton (who this week kicked off our new 7 Questions feature), and the brilliant 65*daysofstatic.

All this just ahead of the (limited to 1000 copies) release of their new 'Els Quatre Gats' EP on October 14th. The EP follows their debut album, 'Zero For Conduct' and boasts 4 brand new tracks - 'Acrimony', 'Lights Out', 'My Fundamental Flaw' and 'An Upheaval'.

All terribly exciting stuff. You'd be a fool not to pay attention - we said so! Here are the tour dates...

October

1st Glasgow Cathouse (with Stapleton)
2nd Middlesboro' Cornerhouse
3rd Manchester The Roadhouse
4th Birmingham Academy 2 (with 65*daysofstatic)
5th Wolverhampton Little Civic
6th Oxford downstairs @ zodiac
7th Norwich Arts Centre
8th Southampton Joiners (with Violent Delight)
9th London Garage
