Drowned In Nottingham this Xmas!
domgourlay by Dom Gourlay December 3rd, 2005

Thanks in no small part to the people at Must Destroy Records, Drowned In Sound makes its debut in the fair city of Nottingham at Cabaret on Monday 19th December.

'A Cabaret Xmas' features a stunning line up of bands and DJs and best of all, it's absolutely FREE!
The running order and stage times are as follows:-

Redcarsgofaster 11:15pm
Computerman 10:30pm
Sludgefeast 9:45pm
From The Shards Of Comets! (pictured above) 9:00pm
Ghouls Aloud (Must Destroy label supergroup featuring Chantal, Tommy & Ad from Do Me Bad Things, James from Sludgefeast, and Ian Must Destroy!) 8:25pm
Alex (Do Me Bad Things) acoustic set 7:50pm

with the following DJs appearing throughout the evening and after the final live set 'til 2am:-

Lucia (The Undressed/Club NME)
Wes & Lucy (Rescued!)
The Scarlets
Drowned In Sound DJs (yours truly and Jordan Dowling)
Don't You Dig My Belt Drives?

Doors open at 7.30pm. Come along and say "Hi!" and we might even play an entire side of 'Loveless' punctuated with a little Scatman John for you!
