LMHR Tour Cancellations
holliy by holliy August 6th, 2003
The Love Music, Hate Racism tour has been hit by a succession of setbacks...

Following last-minute cancellations in Stoke-on-Trent and Blackburn, the bands' travel plans for Newcastle and Dudley have been decimated and they've been forced to cancel the dates in those locations. This from the news release:

"Massive apologies to anyone who went along to [Stoke-on-Trent and Blackburn] only to be disappointed - please mail us if you did and well find a way to make it up to you. All three bands can only offer our sincerest apologies - we tried to find further funding for transport, but in the end we've been defeated, there's nothing we can do, and we're sorry."

Cultural Ice Age will not be appearing on the remainder of the tour - instead Becky Jago will be assaulting the ears of London and Cambridge audiences.

Remaining Dates

AUGUST
Fri 08 London Brixton Windmill with Ludes, Yakuza & Becky Jago
Sun 10 Bury St Edmunds Priors Inn with Houston 500 & Dopejam
Mon 11 Cambridge Junction with Hidden Signal, End It On This, Becky Jago & guests
Tue 19 London 100 Club with Special Needs, Antihero & Becky Jago

SEPTEMBER - additional dates
Fri 05 Burnley The Carlton Reach 1 Festival with Three Ways West
Sun 07 Stoke MBA and Antihero will be playing the Love Music Hate Racism Carnival - More details at LMHR.org.uk
