Stampin' Down
emellett by Ed***d Mellett September 17th, 2003
With the good comes the bad...

The good news: Stampin Ground, the nicest boys in hardcore music, have finally finished recording their new album "A New Darkness Upon Us". Set to be released later this year, the Andy Sneap produced project has been touted as what could be the band's highway to rock music's major leagues.

And The bad news: Finding it increasingly difficult to give 100% commitment to the band, long serving bassist Ian Glasper has decided to step down from Stampin Ground. Ben Frost, who has played occassionally with SG in the past, will take over the place on the bass from now on.

One of the founding members of SG, Glasper has decided to renounce rocking like a muvvafucka, and plans to concentrate on his family, his record label Blackfish Records, writing a book and other journalistic interests instead.
