Jack White spoke out to veteran DJ John Peel. He told Peel: "We're done with 'Elephant', and we're not touring any more on that album so, I just need a break.
"We've toured the world on it, so I guess I've got to get inspired again. I don't like to write songs on the road, so I need to just go home and rest."
Jack can currently be seen not promoting 'Elephant' in the film 'Cold Mountain', which isn't as good as 'Big Fish' by the way.
