Mean Fiddler to release new Reading Festival tickets on Tuesday
benmarwood by ben marwood June 16th, 2006

Promoting behemoths Mean Fiddler have announced that they are to release more weekend tickets for the Reading leg of the Carling Weekend, after the licensing panel of Reading Borough Council granted them an extra 13,500 guests per day.

Those of you smart enough to pre-register with meanfiddler.com and readingfestival.com back in April when the original allocation sold out can purchase tickets already via this link here. The tickets left over will then go on general sale this Tuesday (20th June) at 9am. They are strictly limited to two per person, leaving you with the tough choice between your partner and best mate. Ouch.

This year's Main Stage headliners include Arctic Monkeys, Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Pearl Jam, Kaiser Chiefs and Placebo. Personally, I'll be heading for 2ManyDJs followed by Soulwax in the dance tent.
