'Too True' was recorded by frontwoman Dee Dee Penny in New York and Hollywood and produced by the kindred spirit Sune Rose Wagner of Danish punks the Raveonettes and Richard Gottehrer, whose previous credits include Blondie. The album is their more polished yet and sits somewhere between The Pretenders, The Bangles and Italians Do it Better. It's slick, sexy and will take you to pop heaven.
