The Third man maverick shows little sign of mellowing on wild and witty second solo album. Stormy, delicate, dramatic, volatile, scratchy ans velveteen 'Lazaretto' was made for the romantic and aimed at the soul. 'Lazaretto' sounds like it was recorded ten years from now or fifty years ago.
